Created By: Autonomous Networks Project
The Computing Network represents an innovative network architecture paradigm. Its core function lies in the efficient orchestration of geographically distributed resources like computing, storage, data, and algorithmic models, etc. via network infrastructure, establishing a network system that enables the perception, allocation, and scheduling of the various resources, further achieves the convergence and sharing of them to meet the complex demands of growing diversified businesses for resources and services, facilitating the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of different industries, and serving as a key infrastructure for advancing the digital economy.
The Autonomous Operation of the Computing Network is characterized by the core feature of “computing and network integration”. Empowered by IT (Information Technology), CT (Communication Technology), OT (Operational Technology), and DT (Data Technology), it achieves intelligent collaboration across the entire chain of computing resources, network resources, and application services. Different from the single-mode of traditional networks that focus on data transmission or cloud computing that pays attention to the supply of computing resources, the autonomous operation of the computing network aims to construct a comprehensive operating system with resource and service collaboration of “cloud-network-edge-terminal”. Throughout the entire process and all scenarios of the production and operation of the computing network, guided by the value propositions and through advanced technical means, it aims to realize the Zero-X Experience (Zero-wait, Zero-touch, Zero-trouble) and Self-X O&M (Self-serving, Self-fulfilling, Self-assuring).
