IG1218I Singtel Practice on Autonomous Networks v1.0.0

Singtel Group, together with its operating companies (OpCos), has launched an AN program since 2023 aimed at developing a collaborative strategy at the Group level. The goal of the program is to create a common group benchmarking and development framework. Following TM Forum IG1326, the Group developed AN strategies and a blueprint, which includes the definition of 4 key elements including AN Map, AN Levels, Key Effectiveness Indicators (KEIs) and Target Architecture, and selects a leading OpCo as an AN Practice coach to systematically guide and support the other OpCos in their AN Journey, which includes ANL assessment, gap analysis, solution design, and implementation. This collaborative approach enables OpCos to leverage the group’s collective expertise and experience, applying proven techniques to accelerate the advancement of AN level and achieve quick wins for L3 and L3+ Use Cases, to iteratively evolve towards L4. It also improves resource efficiency by minimizing duplication of efforts in the process of exploring and experimenting with solutions. As part of Singtel Group’s strategic vision, Singtel Group has created an L4 blueprint around high-value scenarios in collaboration with its OpCos. This proactive initiative leverages collective expertise to foster innovative collaboration within the Group’s OpCos and across the industry. The goal is to transit from the current state of automation (+AI) to the future state of autonomy (AI+).
