Product & Service Modelling Best Practices – Conforming to ODA v2.0.0 (IG1233)

This guide describes the best practices for modeling products and services for Open Digital Architecture implementations to achieve agility and decoupling of changes to marketplace Product Offerings and changes to the underlying services and resources/ technical solutions. It describes two use cases based on practical implementation experiences: a Broadband example from BT and an Email example from Orange. These best practices include modeling patterns that when implemented in Open APIs maintain decoupling between ODA Systems implementing ODA Core Commerce and ODA Production Functions.
