This whitepaper provides an overview of gamification concepts and their application in various industries and elaborates on how these concepts can be used to address continuous interaction challenges and enable customer stickiness and opportunity monetization.

The effort was influenced by the TM Forum 2020 catalyst “Ready Telco One” which covers gamification aspects of customer interactions. The use case implemented by the catalyst is used as an example to illustrate how the topics covered in this Information Guide are aligned to fulfill gamification use case requirements.
