TMFS029 Use Case: Cross Domain Health & Probable Cause Analysis – Fiber Fault/Break v1.0.1

This Use Case focuses on the determination of network health and Probable Cause Analysis aka Root Cause Analysis (RCA) involving multiple Multi-Technology Domain Managers, Multiple Operational Domains (aka Autonomous Domains) and making a Next Best Repair/Remediation Action recommendation.

 For this Use Case the cause is physical line plant failure between Technology Domains such as a Fiber Breaks caused by a backhoe damaging the physical ducts and cables.
Noting that in the access network there is less likelihood of standby or duplicated paths as compared to core network where duplication is more prevalent. So in this example there is a mixture of self-healing and non self-healing domains working together.
