The Open Digital Framework (ODF) encompasses a wide set of resources, including the Open Digital Architecture (ODA), Open APIs, Business Process Framework (eTOM), Information Framework (SID), as well as pivotal TM Forum assets like Maturity Models (AI, CEM, etc.).
The Managing Digital Transformation with Open Digital Framework awareness course is designed to offer an initial view of how and why the ODF assets are instrumental in planning, implementing and managing your successful digital transformation journey.
This course aims to provide a high-level overview of the principles and terminology used in the Open Digital Framework while referencing the relevant digital transformational ideologies. It covers an overview of the implications of a digital transformation on the operating model; through to the mapping of the TM forum ODF assets to the different stages of the transformation journey.
