This team monitors those programs developing best practices and contributing to catalysts as appropriate – of particular interest has been the impact of SDN/NFV and going forward the impact of the Internet of Everything (IOE). Alongside the Customer Engagement team C&B will be looking at how to integrate the customer experience when engaging with a digital service that maybe spans an ecosystem, or many.
The TM Forum Monetizing IoE document describes a standardized approach and a monetization template to help members when creating innovative products and defining new monetization models.
The TM Forum Monetizing 5G report is an initial attempt to describe the way 5G ecosystems will be monetized. The project will focus on explaining and completing this in future releases, and specifically assessing and identifying typical 5G partnership and monetization patterns.
