GB1059G Network Planning Questionnaire v1.0.0

The purpose of this questionnaire is to assess the autonomy level of Planning scenarios for different network domains (i.e., RAN, CORE, IP & Transport, etc.).  The assessment is process-based and intended to be vendor-independent and where possible technology independent.            

The questionnaire is broadly based on the principles described in IG1252 & 3GPP TS 28.100. The participation of relevant Subject Matter Experts is required to complete the assessment (capacity demand and network design experts). Each question is answered by selecting one of the four options: A, B, C or D. Option A being the highest level of autonomy and option D being the lowest.
