The purpose of this questionnaire is to assess the autonomy level of RAN Energy Efficiency Optimization scenarios.
The assessment is process-based and intended to be vendor-independent and where possible technology independent. An energy efficiency optimization scenario in a Radio Access Network (RAN) refers to a set of strategies and actions designed to reduce energy consumption while maintaining network performance. The goal is to effectively use power without impacting user experience. (In this context, low NW performance is only related to energy saving actions, excluding capacity and NW design).
