The scope of this questionnaire is to assess the autonomy of Wireless Network Functions Deployment, applicable for wireless network domain. The assessment is process-based and intended to be vendor and technology agnostic.  Dynamically Programable Rules: implies that the system uses rules that can be adjusted or modified in real-time based on changing conditions or requirements.
