This is a Template to create a questionnaire to assess the autonomy level of Change Management scenarios for different network domains (RAN/Core/IP/Trax). The assessment is intended to be vendor-independent. The questionnaire is aligned with the principles described in IG1252 and ETSI GR ENI 035 5.3.3 Network Change. Service Capabilities who are not available, require consensus. The participation of relevant Subject Matter Experts and automation experts involved in the Change management is required to complete the assessment.
