Expected Demand Not Serviced (EDNS) has been introduced by MAMA project to enable members collaborate to define new standards of measuring and managing digital transformation initiatives that target autonomous operations with focus on business outcomes. This artifact collates Service Provider adoption and use of EDNS in their transformation journey to AO.
