Communication Service Providers (CSPs) have been modernizing their operations for over a decade now and the next logical step towards successful transformation is to embrace a new operational model of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) automation into their operations.

Today, CSPs are faced with the challenge of planning and transforming their operations to realize the full potential of AI-driven operations (AIOps), and it is necessary to have a means to assess their maturity across key defining factors of AIOps capabilities.

The AIOps Maturity Model is a framework that guides the implementation of AI/ML practice and automation levels within operation functions. It provides a structured and practical approach to creating the AIOPs best practice, therefore helping CSPs map out a journey towards AI-driven operations. The overall AIOps maturity level of a CSP is determined by the combination of factors within five maturity levels across all dimensions of attributes.
