Enabling the Organizational Digital Journey through Talent Transformation v1.0.1 (IG1191)

This document is an experiential illustration of how existing talent can be transformed for a more future-ready organization. Identifying the skills for future, assessing the current skill sets at individual competence levels and laying out a development plan; to ensure a focused capability building. It draws its credentials and learning from a live project which was carried out through a collaborative Talent Development project over six months, between a major telecoms supplier and a large Telecom operator in China.
