AIOps Design & Development covers all the steps needed to build AI components and integrate them into the existing architecture and processes. It includes the understanding and analysis of the business and process requirements, project feasibility and planning, functional specifications, solution architecture (application, data, infrastructure), system integration, data engineering and exploration, feature engineering, algorithms selection, innovation and configuration, the initial ML training, models’ evaluation, and testing (unit testing, system testing, integration testing, acceptance testing, etc.). This sub-cycle is iterative as multiple iterations are needed to build up AI components considered good enough in the specific business context.
