Business Process Framework (eTOM) for Digital Health V1.13.3

This document represents a specific way of applying the Process Framework in the context of a specific industry domain or market segment, in this case the digital health industry particularly as concerned with management of equipment, monitoring, etc. The intent is to leverage the “generic” Business Process Framework content but adapt the language to use terminology to digital health, in order to maximize the ease with which the content can be applied without confusion. This document contains several hundred definitions, but it is an evolving activity, with further material expected in future Releases.
