GB968 CyberOps Quick Start Guide: Human Factors V1.2

The Quick Start Guide for Human Factors is recommended as a guide and a reference. It documents human factors controls consistent with TM Forum eTOM, and then defines security KPIs as they relate. These KPIs are intended neither to completely address all important aspects of human factors, nor are some of these KPIs exclusive to security. There are a number of important aspects of a comprehensive human factors process that are deliberately not discussed in this document, with the specific intent of enabling a shorter and security-focused aid for security practitioners looked for a practical short-list of things to measure in the real-world.
