The Digital Maturity Model (DMM) Assessor Guide/Wiki provides organizations embarking on their guided DMM assessment, led by certified DMM practitioners, with an extensive and clear understanding for each criteria of the Digital Maturity Model. It provides further context, along with additional explanatory text to clarify the scope of the criteria. The aim is to ensure consistency of the results of the assessment. The assessor guide is delivered in a wiki format, available to all members of the TM Forum. The assessor guide is a living document, with iterative improvement along with the Digital Maturity Model and the DMM project team invite your feedback to help improve the guide based on first-hand experience of organizations using the DMM to start their digital transformation journey.
