IG1274G AIOps Operating Model v1.0.0

AIOps can be strategic enabler which can support operational transformation of operators and help industrialize and operationalize AI solutions to ensure their effectiveness and business value. Each operator is at different stage of their AIOps journey with some operators already defining use case / initiative roadmap. There are current challenges related to AIOps transformation – siloed approach for implementation, talent management and skills and others which need to be addressed for successful AIOPs transformation.

Key objective of this document is to define structured approach which is needed to define AIOps operating model to support agile design, delivery, and talent management of AIOPs use case. The document will cover in detail recommended steps which are required for AIOps operating model and high-level example of use case / development with reference AIOps operating model.
