The report also proposes what particular functional and non-functional requirements the solution should have, as well as best practices to CSPs for increasing self-service adoption. Finally, depending on contributors time and resources, particular examples of self-service adoption strategy, system design, user interfaces, and back-office process alignment can be proposed.
