IG1352 ODA Telco to TechCo AI-Driven Enablement Framework v1.0.0

This project details the expanded ODA framework which aligns the DTMM with Value Stream Mapping, Business Capability Modelling, People and Partners into the overall Business Modelling component of the ODA. This structured approach enables the organization design, people skill sets and business capabilities to be optimized in a logical, incremental and structured manner. By covering the why, what and how of Telco to TechCo transformation communication and management of impacted parties is consistent and regulatory resistance can be minimized. By detailing methodology and approach the AS IS to BE transition where appropriate is outlined and the prioritized interventions necessary for the evolutionary journey can be established in each member organization.

This Guide is expands and details the concepts outlined in the TM Forum CEO Playbook and case study examples of organizations (Tier 1 to Tier 3) are provided as learning examples to eliminate the excuse of perceived complexity which blocks organizations from starting on the transformation journey.
