TMFS009 Use Case: Usage and Balance Management v6.1.0

As part of specifying ODA Components, there is a need to determine the boundaries of components related to usage and balance management and on the same time relate to other standards such as 3GPP for charging of mobile connectivity.

This use case intend to explore the relationships between ODA Components, SID, Open APIs and 3GPP to map and translate how the different functions overlay, interact, and what the boundaries are to generic global component definitions. The use case will be input to Component Specification work related to, but not limited to Usage Management (Product/Service/Resource), Service Balance Management, and Product Usage Management. Open APIs in consideration relates to Usage Management, Usage Consumption and what today is called Prepay Balance Management (API-4165 raised to rename the API to remove the customer type reference).
