TMF402 Business Agreement Template v6.9

The TMF402 Business Agreement (BA) template is packaged within a single zip file titled TMF402_BA_Template.zip. 

This zip file contains 2 documents:

• The first is TMF402_BA_Template_Instructions_V#-#,  which is the guide or instruction part of the template explaining how and when to use the template. It also contains a document history of changes to the template.
• The second document is TMF402_BA_Template_V#-# which is  the actual template to be used. This should be populated with the content of the actual Information Agreement being produced, and headers/footers/titles/etc should be filled in appropriately.

The Business Agreement contains a business problem statement including the scope, objectives and business scenarios.  The bulk of the Business Agreement is the categorized requirement statements, the use cases, as well as the associated diagrams that model the static and dynamic relationships defined by the requirement statements and use cases. This document has two major parts, the Business Problem Statement and the Business Requirement Model.

The Business Agreement template can and should be used to make certain that the needed sections are provided, and that the format conforms to the TM Forum standard.
