CSPs are going through digital operations transformation to ensure that they have the appropriate operating model to align to their business strategy and build capabilities that are required to realize the business values. Autonomous operations have been a well-accepted transformation journey adopted by CSP in taking where they are towards Zero-Touch Operations (ZTO). Autonomous Operation Maturity Model (AOMM) helps the execution teams to understand the maturity level they are at and subsequently set the next level target.

The AOMM Operations dimension defines a list of criteria that drives the values stream towards full autonomous. It also evaluates how well the organization is able to provide closed-loop automation for the end-to-end operation flows to support all operations domains. AOMM operations is pivotal to the value realization of MAMA framework that provides a closed-loop methodology which helps to define the strategic objectives and business capabilities that are required to support the realization of value throughout the entire customer journey.
