TM Forum’s Digital Transformation Model (DMM), first launched in May 2017 and endorsed by leading CSPs and vendors, has gone through a major revamp, and now includes a 6th data dimension as well as redefined sub-dimensions and updated criteria and questions. It also includes a map to highlight the overall structure of the DMM and the dimensions. The DMM is the definitive telecommunications industry standard Digital Maturity Model. This latest version of the Digital Maturity Model (DMM) adds Data Privacy criteria to the Data Governance Sub-dimension (6.1.8) and the term ‘simulations’ to criterion 6.3.2.
