The TM Forum’s Digital Transformation Model (DMM), first launched in May 2017 and endorsed by leading CSPs and vendors, has gone through a major revamp, and now includes a 6th data dimension as well as redefined sub-dimensions and updated criteria and questions. It also now includes a map to highlight the overall structure of the DMM and the dimensions. The DMM is the definitive telecommunications industry standard Digital Maturity Model.
