IG1409 Mapping TM Forum Metrics/KPIs Against TCOD Framework v2.0.0

The purpose of this work is to develop structured input for performance management, enabling the measurement and advancement of critical People, Organization, and Culture (POC) capabilities, leveraging the TCOD Levers of Change framework (IG1352).

This document provides an overview of metrics for aspiring TechCos to measure and drive capability improvements. The metrics feed into GB988 (TM Forum Metrics) to secure standard quality and to make them available via ODA/ SID beyond TCOD scope. The metrics architecture aligns with the TM Forum Value Model (VOF) GB1041 to drive business outcomes.
