This document is the outcome of TM Forum member collaboration to identify the uses of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a Service Providers environment, and help catalog business and technical user stories, use cases and test cases.
The guidebook is based on a structure that enables the mapping of user stories to use cases and then to identify test cases following a list of related uses of AI. It includes a standard template for capturing AI user stories and use cases, and provides a mapping to the Business Process Framework using a hierarchical model that enables decomposition of a business need for realization.
