To help TM Forum members and the industry at large navigate this evolving landscape, and gain a framework for their own AI strategies, we are developing an AI maturity model, which is aligned to the TM Forum Digital Maturity Model (DMM).
This AI Maturity Model will guide how the industry uses AI to realize business value and will outline the impact on Service Providers — moving from making today’s operations more efficient to reorganizing customer experience around the unique possibilities AI technologies will offer in the near future.
