When an operator introduces the autonomous network capability, it needs to evaluate the benefits brought by this capability. ANL describes the level of autonomy capability in a given operational workflow or for an autonomous domain, but it is not sufficient to reflect the effect from autonomous network. Therefore, effectiveness indicators need to be introduced to measure the benefits.
