TMF423 Unified Use Case Template for Customer Centricity R15.5.1

This unified use case template for customer centricity is published so that members may add to both the TM Forum library of use cases, as well as develop their own use cases for use internally, with customers or partners.  

The use case template provides a common approach and common language for capturing business oriented ideas and solutions to address challenges around customer experience management, and to use data analytics to address enterprise wide challenges.
