The Business Process Framework is a reference framework or model for categorizing all the business activities that a service provider will use. It is intended to deliver reusable process elements to enable the construction of best practice or implementation of specific process flows for a wide variety of purposes.
This release was a significant milestone for the Business Process Framework.
- A major review of the processes and structure of the repository has started. In Release 21.5, 167 processes were deleted and over 540 new processes have been added.
- In addition, the Common domain was removed from Business Process Framework as it was determined that it does not represent the core form of this asset which is structured as a decomposition.
- The Enterprise Domain use have went through a first phase of a major change that will be continued in the next release.
