This suite of documents defines the KPIs that provide a common framework to measure three important aspects of revenue assurance: revenue leakage, revenue assurance related process efficiency and data quality.
Release 17.5.0 of the Revenue Assurance Solution Suite (GB941) is a minor release to include:
- Updates to Addendum B that introduces a scheme for interpreting the result of the RAMM questionnaire and providing a general description to support executive readouts on the results.
- Updates to Addendum D to incorporate three new use cases:
- Order Management & Provisioning: Late detection of Order failures;
- Customer Management: Costly Refunds to Customers
- Partner Management: Contract Assurance
