TR246 Fraud Survey Report 2015

In this 2015 edition of the TM Forum Fraud Survey the focus continues to be on understanding how Fraud Management practice is executed and evolving. It aims to identify areas for improvement where the TM Forum’s Fraud Management Team can be an enabler by fostering collaboration between Communication Service Providers, Vendors, research institutions and other stakeholders, leading to formal workgroups and multi-disciplinary catalyst projects to test and demonstrate the new practices. So this survey addressed important topics like the use of managed services, the adoption of a Maturity Model, the use of disruptive technologies like Big Data or Machine Learning, among many others, and the results are discussed in the following pages.
