IG1361 Future-oriented AI Intelligent Network O&M and Talent Practice model v1.0.0

Like other digital transformation initiatives, organization talent and culture are also considered as the major challenges for GenAI adoption. This document prepared by members from TM Forum C24.0.628 LOKI – LLM O&M Knowledge Integrator project, tried to summarize some of the best practices collected to address the specific gaps identified by TM Forum Digital Talent Maturity Model (DTMM). These includes creating a future-looking organization governance model to make sure that GenAI is probably planned and managed from both business and technology perspective. A set of new job roles were also defined along the LLM lifecycle with suggested talent acquisition strategy for network O&M.
