GB997 Digital Maturity Model is the Guidebook for the Digital Maturity Model and explains the business problem being addressed, the methodology used to arrive at a solution and the basic structure and algorithms used in the model. GB997A is an excel spreadsheet containing the actual model. Each dimension is a separate page with in the spreadsheet and sub-dimensions, criteria and characteristics are all contained within the different columns and rows.
This is the initial release of the Digital Maturity Model. The model was created in response to industry demand and TM Forum member interest.
