The Business Assurance Dimension Framework is a guidebook that should help the Digital Service Provider in establishing a Business Assurance function in their organizations and should provide guidelines for why Business Assurance needs to be established, what activities does Business Assurance need  to cover and how to execute an effective and efficient Business Assurance process. 

This 2nd version of the guidebook describes how Business Assurance can be enabled through eTOM Business Assurance processes and Business Assurance roles and profiles.
