GB941 Revenue Assurance Solution Suite R18.0.1

This suite of documents defines the KPIs that provide a common framework to measure three important aspects of revenue assurance: revenue leakage, revenue assurance related process efficiency and data quality.

Release 18.0 of the Revenue Assurance Solution Suite (GB941) is a minor release to include:

1. Updates to Addendum D to incorporate three new use cases:
   1. Order Management & Provisioning: Late detection of Order failures;
   2. Customer Management: Costly Refunds to Customers
   3. Partner Management: Contract Assurance
