In the CEM Solution Suite R17.0.1, the following updates were made:
- Updated Unified UC template including mapping attributes with B2B2X Business scenarios
- Three new Use Cases were added for R17.0.1 (C-CEM-47, 48, & 49)
- ROI Calculator User Guide and Calculator updated.
