GB962D Customer Experience Management Implementation Guide Use Cases R17.5.1

The Implementation Guide is a collection of use cases that represent business challenges and it provides an outline of a possible solution that involves the TM Forum best practices, recommendations and also models like the Business Process Framework (eTOM) and the Information Framework (SID).

The new Use Case (C-CEM-50) added in this release is Mobile Phone User’s Customer Experience Index(CEI) Evaluation and Fault Locating Based on Big Data Analytics R17.5.
