Overview
Future-proofing business assurance, across operational processes, systems and data of organizations and ecosystems
The overall goal of Business Assurance (BA) collaborative work in TM Forum is to establish BA best practices that will improve customer experience and business performance. The following high level goals were defined to assure the digital evolution journey of companies:
- Core business assurance (Function)
- Transformation/ Migration assurance (Organization)
- Ecosystem assurance (Industry)
