TMF070 Hybrid Environment Implementation Blueprints Suite R17.0.1

TR262 Hybrid infrastructure Platform describes the general principles and approach for managing Hybrid Networks and other resource such as content servers and applications.

The TMF070 Series Hybrid Environment Implementation Blueprints R17.0.0 provides an example of how to use the various TM Forum artifacts (e.g., APIs and data models) to manage an infrastructure that consists of virtualized, physical and mixed resources (where “mixed” refers to composite resources with both virtualized and physical components). It is also provides a statement of the minimum viable product scope for HIP which in the current release is focused on supporting operations processes to provide and maintain tenant services on a Resource infrastructure.

• TMF070 Implementation and Deployment Blueprints for Hybrid Environments R17.0.0, provides an executive overview for a series of documents that provide detailed implementation and deployment blueprints for various platforms that can be used to manage hybrid environments.
• TMF070A Hybrid Infrastructure Platform (HIP) Implementation and Deployment Blueprint R17.0.0 . This document describes an implementation and deployment blueprint for the Hybrid Infrastructure Platform (HIP). Additional details on HIP can be found in TR262 Hybrid Infrastructure Platform Blueprint R17.0. HIP is intended to be an example of how to use the various TM Forum artifacts (e.g., APIs and data models) to manage an infrastructure that consists of virtualized, physical and mixed resources (where “mixed” refers to composite resources with both virtualized and physical components). This document is just an initial step and it is expected that the TM Forum will provide additional guidelines for HIPs and possibly blueprints for other platforms (e.g., at the service or product layers).
• TMF070B Advanced Platform Deployment Blueprints R17.0.0 . This document describes implementation and deployment platform blueprints beyond the one described in TMF070A (i.e., HIP). This document covers enhancements to the HIP described in TMF070A, HIP variations (e.g., Customer Facing HIP) and additional platforms at the service, product and customer layers. The current version of this document (in TM Forum Release 17.0) is intended for member comment. The expectation is that some of the ideas in this document will be used as the basis or at least input to ZOOM work items for Release 17.5.
