In the CEM Solution Suite R17.0.1, the following updates were made:
- Updated Unified UC template including mapping attributes with B2B2X Business scenarios
- Three new Use Cases were added for R17.0.0 (C-CEM-47, 48, & 49)
- ROI Calculator User Guide and Calculator updated.
RN339 Customer Experience Management Release Notes R17.0.1 provide the overview content of the CEM Solution Suite and will identify the specific changes introduced in this current release.
