What is Trust?
The potential of the Internet of Everything is limitless but the pitfalls can also be catastrophic if they are not managed carefully. TM Forum members are focused on tackling the challenges of guaranteeing security, privacy and revenue management and exploring how to share responsibility across connected services and the partnerships that enable them.
Establishing trust is about more than just security and privacy. It is also about consistently meeting expectations of quality, for both customers and partners, that are achieved through mature, proactive revenue management processes.
Our goal is to enable trusted complex digital ecosystems, where new services can be delivered quickly, easily and securely using a wide range of business models and partners.
TM Forum is the ideal place to collaboratively develop the security, privacy and revenue management best practices and guidance needed to enable trusted digital ecosystems. To be effective, security, privacy, revenue assurance, fraud management, asset management and charging and billing all require collaboration to engender and maintain trust. The diverse range of expertise across the Forum’s large membership ensures that the best practices developed collaboratively are credible and relevant now and in the future.
