GB1009 Smart City Operations Map v1.0.1

The Smart City Operations Map (SCOM) is a reference framework to be used by smart city operator to categorize or classify all of business activities, and is regarded as an instance of Business Process Framework (eTOM) in the smart city domain.

The goal of Smart City Operations Map (SCOM) is to provide an integrated business process framework from the point of view of smart city operator, and will be applicable to smart city operators, smart city administrators, smart city constructor and other stakeholders. SCOM standard first put forward the operation framework of smart city in the industry, avoiding a lot of repetitive work in the process during implementation of smart city. SCOM provides the prime processes of smart city construction, management, supervision and evaluation for smart city administrators, the best practices for smart city constructor, and references for stakeholders.
