Annual Meeting of Members
The Annual Meeting of Members (AMOM) is a great opportunity for all TM Forum members to catch up on what has happened in the Forum in the last year. It is also an opportunity for all eligible principal contacts from our member organizations to participate in making important decisions.
This meeting will take place in June each year from 2019, at which time we will be asking you to vote on our Board of Directors. At this point in time, our Board was recently elected and we, therefore, plan to hold an interim Annual Meeting of Members (AMOM) on Tuesday 26th June 2018 where we will be providing an operational update and will cover:
- Chairman’s introduction
- Motion #1 to accept minutes of the last AMOM meeting
- Motion #2 to appoint Auditors
- Report on progress over the last year and outlook for next year
- Any other business
