IG1253 Intent in Autonomous Networks v1.2.0

This asset documents and defines intent-driven operations according to the work in the Autonomous Networks project. This includes a definition of intent as well as the role of intent in an autonomous operation and the operational principles it implies. Furthermore, it defines the interface and API for communicating intent, the life-cycle management of intent objects, and the modeling principles of intent.
