GB1075 Closed Loop Automation Management Levels v1.0.0

Closed Loop Management Levels are defined in TM Forum IG1219A1 Closed Loop Implementation and Management as a capability maturity framework that lays out the levels of continual improvement in Closed Loop Management. The framework is to enable define, analyze and improve the automation of closed loop implementations. The intention of this framework is to support the ongoing AI Closed-Loop Automation framework and guide business decision makers, business operations personas, and technologists to specify an increasing series of levels in closed loop design, implementation and development organization.  This Introductory develops the full maturity assessment model based on the maturity levels in TM Forum IG1219A1 Closed Loop Implementation and Management which can be used to effectively assess an intelligent automation initiative to determine AS-IS versus a TO-BE ambition and for automation engineers and practitioners to define a transformation/evolution roadmap. This includes evolution from a prescriptive or deterministic closed loops to a future where closed loops can be orchestrated and choreographed on the fly by intelligent machine agents.
