GB929D Application Framework R15.5.1

This release of the Application Framework includes two changes:

• We have added a Privacy Dashboard, a new level 1 application that includes decomposition. This addition is part of a Core frameworks work that encompasses both Business Process Framework and Information Framework Privacy additions.
• We have substantially expanded API Management based on DSRA work and additional analysis from our member NTT Corp.
