CCS SOFT is a joint venture company established by China Communication Services Co., Ltd.( HK.0552, CCS for short) and Accenture ( NYSE:ACN),with a total staff of 1,000. The headquarters is located in Beijing. We have strong R&D center in Shanghai and Guangzhou, moreover,dozens of branches all over the country to offer service support to local customers. CCS SOFT is one of the few companies worldwide that can offer OSS total solutions for full service operation. We provide products and solutions focusing on optimization of operational efficiency, improving network and services performance and quality to help telecom operators successfully deliver top class services to their customers.
